  • Please read all terms and conditions on our terms and conditions page as well as the terms and conditions that follows below for this service before purchasing.
  •  Please review Stonie Studios work before purchasing to make sure we are the right design company for your brand or project. Stonie Studios work can be found throughout the website, instagram stonie.studios, and facebook Valencia Bowie. After your purchase the order is non refundable.
  • Turnaround time for brand new  acuity websites 14 business days Monday – Friday business working days Monday – Friday, not including the weekends or holidays.
  • Revisions are not included in the turnaround time please allow 2-3 additional business days working days Monday – Friday not including weekends or holidays for revisions. After 2 revisions additional fees will apply depending on what needs to be revised. Revisions are small changes for example: font types, colors, switching out photos or placement of photos.
  • You will only get an update if there is one, for example if Stonie Studios needs or is missing something from your check list or the order is complete and being sent out. Please allow Stonie Studios the turnaround time that is listed above.
  • Please sign up for acuity scheduling and provide your acuity log in info.
  •  You are responsible for setting up your work schedule, selecting and paying your monthly plan, setting up your payment options, setting up your sms and deposits. All of these options can be found under settings. Please refer to acuity scheduling youtube or customer service for additional help.
  • Domain name will be changed to your business name; if your business name is not available we will reach out to see what you would like it changed to.
  • You must have your own logo for this service if you do not have a logo you can purchase one separately with your order. If you don’t want a logo on your booking website please detail that in your order email.
  • Stonie Studios is not responsible for coming up with your business policies, terms and conditions, or about me if you wish to include one.
  • You have up to 30 days to submit all your info for your brand new acuity booking website, if you are purchasing a brand new acuity booking website but don’t have all of your info ready please still submit a email with (SUBJECT LINE NAME +BRAND NEW ACUITY WEBSITE) and communicate with Stonie Studios you are still getting your info together.
  • If you exceed 30 days there will be a $100 fee to restart your order for project abandonment.
  • Stonie Studios is only responsible for designing your website for this service, uploading your services, and adding in your terms and conditions page if you wish to have one that you have come up with.
  • Once order is complete Stonie Studios has the right to post work for promotional reasons even if you have not posted it yourself. 
  • After placing your order please email Stonie Studios at es.stoniestudios@gmail.com ( SUBJECT LINE NAME +BRAND NEW ACUITY WEBSITE) followed by the email order checklist below.
 
Brand New Acuity Checklist
  • Log in info, if you log in with a social account PLEASE provide the name of the social account, your phone number, and the log in info for the social account. Please make sure that your email and password is correct, not being able to log in or get in contact with you for the social account log in can delay your project.
  • Submit HIGH resolution, professional photos, or stock photos. If the pictures are taken on phone, Stonie Studios is not responsible for how order turns out.
  • submit PNG file logo or transparent logo and color scheme . please let us know if there is a particular theme or aesthetic for your site
  • Submit all wording fully typed out for your website. Please do not write it out and send us a picture of writing.
  • Please include any important info such as:  policy, social media names, location, and contact info if you want that listed.
  • Submit services names, services description if any , time length for each service , service add ons names, add on time length, add on additional pricing if any , what add on goes with what services. If you would like your services in categories please submit category names and what services + add ons follow under that category
