Monthly Submission Policy
To maintain priority service, your retainer payment and completed designer order form must be received by the 5th at 11:59 PM.
If either is not received on time, you will:

Be moved out of priority placement

Be placed into standard turnaround service scheduling

Lose access to Monday design hours for that month
Timely submissions allow Stonie Studios to block schedule projects accurately based on flyer volume or service needs and ensure content is completed in time for your monthly rollouts.
Turnaround Time Based on Flyer Quantity

8 flyers: 5 business days
-
12 flyers: 7 business days
-
16 flyers: 10 business days
-
20 flyers: 13 business days
Business days are counted Monday through Friday from 11 AM to 5 PM.
(Mondays are reserved only for retainer clients unless it’s a major holiday. All major holidays and October 14th are excluded from business days.)
Revisions

Includes 4 free revisions

Example: Changing a font and swapping a photo = 2 revisions

Additional revisions: $6–$50, depending on complexity

Full redesign: 50% of the original service price
Service Swaps
If you'd like to swap a service (e.g., flyers for a website banner or a booking page), email es.stoniestudios@gmail.com.
Stonie Studios will review your request to ensure it’s an even swap and will confirm approval before proceeding.
Project Abandonment & Policy Enforcement
If you miss the retainer deadline (1st–5th) and are moved into standard turnaround:

You’ll be held to the standard abandonment policy:
You have 20 business days (Tues–Fri) to submit both your signed contract and order form. Failure to do so results in project closure without refund.
To reopen a project, you must pay a reopening fee of $25–$150, based on service level. -
If you fall into standard turnaround two months in a row, you will be removed from the retainer program and must order through our standard services moving forward.
