- This Service Is Nonrefundable
- You must have your own logo for this service if you do not have a logo you can purchase one separately with your order, or not have one. or you don't have to use one at all.
- Please read all terms and conditions on our terms and conditions page before purchasing, please review stonie studios work here before purchasing to make sure we are the right design company for your brand or project. After your purchase the order is non refundable.
- Turnaround time for retractable banners is 7 days Monday – Friday not including the weekends or holidays. Revisions are not included in the turnaround time please allow 1-2 business days for REVISIONS. After 2 revisions additional fees will apply depending on what needs to be revised
- it takes 7-14 business days for shipping
- Please expect one update per week via email or any questions stonie studios may have.
- You have up to 20 days to submit all your info for your retractable banner, if you are purchasing a retractable banner but don’t have all of your info ready please still submit a email with ( SUBJECT LINE NAME + RETRACABLE BANNER ) and communicate with us you are still getting your info together.
- If you exceed 20 days there will be a $75 fee to restart your order for project abandonment.
- You must submit your own Quotes or taglines for retractable banners
- Stonie studios is only responsible for designing your banner on this particular service, if you need equipment please select the product that has “ + equipment”
- After placing your order please email stonie studios at es.stoniestudios@gmail.com ( SUBJECT LINE : FIRST AND LAST NAME + RETRACTABLE BANNER DESIGN ONLY) followed by the email order check list below
- HIGH resolution, professional photos, stock photos, pictures taken on phone of services can be submitted as long as they are of good quality to work with. If photos are not up to stonie studios standard there will be an email sent for another chance to provide photos or complete site without photos ( however no refund will be issued if photos can’t be used)
