Your turnaround time does not begin at the time of purchase. Your project officially enters production only after your required design form has been completed and submitted with all necessary information, wording, photos, content, and supporting materials.

No completed design form means your project has not officially started.

After your order is placed, you will receive an email containing the design form and contract required for your project.

Please complete the form to the best of your ability and provide all requested wording, photos, links, references, and project information.

Once your form is submitted, Stonie Studios will review your information and contact you if anything additional is needed.

Once your completed form has been reviewed, your project will be placed into production according to the turnaround time associated with the service you purchased.

No form equals no active project.

Project information should not be submitted through text messages, screenshots of conversations, photos of handwritten notes, or images of paperwork containing instructions.

A completed design form must be on file unless Stonie Studios has given you specific permission to provide certain information through email or text message.

Keeping project information inside the design form allows us to maintain an organized workflow, reduce miscommunication, and make sure every detail of your project is properly documented.

Every design service includes one complimentary revision. A revision includes reasonable adjustments to the original design, such as changing wording, colors, placement, sizing, or other small details needed to bring the design closer to your preference.

A revision does not include starting the project over, requesting an entirely different concept, or completely redesigning an approved direction.

A full redesign will require an additional invoice equal to 50% of the original service price.

Helpful and specific feedback is always welcome. Instead of feedback such as “I hate it,” “This does not look like what is on your page,” or “I will not use it,” please explain what you do like, what you would like changed, and what direction you would prefer to see.

Positive, clear, and constructive feedback helps set the tone for a smooth creative process and allows us to make adjustments that support your vision.

Clients are welcome to use AI tools such as ChatGPT to help organize their thoughts, clarify their ideas, or complete their design form. AI can be a helpful starting point when developing your project direction.

However, once your design has been presented, repeatedly submitting the completed design to AI platforms for additional creative critique or revision recommendations may disrupt the established project direction.

AI-generated feedback can vary significantly between prompts and sessions and does not have the full context of the creative strategy, project objectives, conversations, or decisions established between you and Stonie Studios.

If revision requests begin to rely primarily on changing AI-generated recommendations rather than your own project preferences, a phone consultation may be required before additional revisions are completed.

Additional revision fees may apply.

AI should be used as a supporting tool, not as an ongoing replacement for the professional creative direction established for your project.

All required project information must be submitted within 7 business days from the date of purchase .

Design forms are available on the Stonie Studios website for clients to review before purchasing.

Please review the form requirements and place your order only when your information, wording, photos, and other materials are ready to submit.

Projects that remain inactive because the required information has not been submitted may be considered abandoned.

Additional fees may be required to reopen an abandoned project.

Your photos can make or break the final appearance of your project. Professional-quality photography is required. This requirement is not optional or negotiable.

Photos must be clear, properly lit, high-resolution, and suitable for professional design use.

Dark, blurry, pixelated, heavily filtered, poorly cropped, or low-resolution photos will not be accepted.

The images you provide should already reflect the general poses, expressions, angles, and imagery you expect to see within your final design.

If you want Stonie Studios to create more editorial poses, creative imagery, new body positioning, new environments, or other AI-assisted image concepts that are not present in your original photos, you will need to purchase the AI Mini Shoot service.

If the AI Mini Shoot service is not purchased, the photos submitted with your design form will be used as-is within the creative direction of your project.

If you purchase an AI image recreation or enhancement service, please understand that results may vary. Providing a crisp, professional photo as the base image can make a significant difference in the final result.

For payment security and order verification, the name placed on the order must match the name associated with the payment method used at checkout.

Orders submitted under a name that does not reasonably match the cardholder or payment account information may be canceled and refunded before production begins.

If another individual or business will be making payment on your behalf, please contact Stonie Studios before placing the order so the payment can be properly documented.

All sales are final, and refunds are not provided once an order has been accepted and/or production has begun.

Refunds will not be issued for buyer’s remorse, failure to review the service description or policies, failure to submit the required information, or dissatisfaction after the project has been completed.

If you would like reasonable changes made to your project, please use the complimentary revision included with your service and provide clear, constructive feedback.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the service description, turnaround time, revision policy, submission requirements, photo requirements, purchasing requirements, and refund policy.
