This service is non refundable after purchasing.


Please read the entire policy before ordering. After reading the entire policy the check list will be listed below for the service you are purchasing. The standard policy is also found on the policy page of our website. You are required to select the check off the boxes above, you are required to check off the terms and conditions box at check out.


Please review my work on my website, my instagram @stonie.studios , or request my design portfolio to make sure that my previous works aligns with the project you would like created.


 The turnaround time for full websites is 25 business days. Those business days for me include Tuesday – Friday. Saturday – Monday, all major holidays, and 10/14 I am closed, and those days are not included in the turnaround time.


Revisions are not included in the turnaround time please allow 2-3 additional business days for revisions. Examples of revisions are as follows: font changes, color changes, swapping out photos. After 1 revision of the website layout additional fees will apply starting at $20 per banner. For a completely different design if the client does not like or agree with the design will come with a Redesign Fee starting at $100.


You are required to sign up for a website subscription at Shopify.com. After you sign up, please provide your shopify login info. After signing up please be sure to complete your shopify checklist on the home page after you log in. This includes but is not limited to purchasing and connecting your domain, setting up your payments, setting up your taxes and shipping, uploading your business and/or personal information. I am not responsible for this section on your website.


If you do not have a logo designed by a previous designer or designed by me your business name will be typed in a basic font straight across (landscape position).


I am not responsible for creating your business policy, terms and conditions, about me if you wish to include one.

 

You have up to 20 business days from the date that your order (Tuesday – Friday) to submit all your info for your order. Incomplete checklist will not be accepted, multiple emails with multiple email threads will not be accepted, screenshots of handing writing will not be accepted, sharing an apple notes link will not be accepted (however a screenshot of the typed-out info will be accepted).  Please send your checklist in one email with requested info and content or create a word document, I do understand if you have to submit more than one email due to the file size of everything or you can send PHOTOS ONLY to my business number with your order number and name.

 

After 20 business days ( Tuesday - Friday ) with no checklist submitted, you will be required to pay a project abandonment fee of $100. The project abandonment fee link can be found on the website.

 

If you pay the project abandonment fee you have an additional 20 days (Tuesday – Friday) to send over your completed checklist with all items that are required. If an additional 20 days goes by from the date you paid the fee the order will be canceled, and you will be blocked from being able to make another purchase on my site.

 

Please be advised that your order may be posted while it is being worked on for all of my social media accounts on my story ONLY, if you do not want your order posted, please specify via email so that I can follow up with a link for $50 that needs to be paid if I am not able to post my orders content for promotional purposes. 

 

Once the order is completed I will post it on my platforms for promotional use at the time of my choosing, if you want me to wait to post my work after you the client which will affect me not being able to post my work for promotional use please specify via email so that I can follow up with a link to pay the $50 that needs to be paid. Please note that the $50 mentioned above for posting on my stories will also cover me not posting on my feed before you. You will not be required to pay that fee twice.

 

If you would like to set up any other services on your website for example, reviews, instagram feed, and more, Shopify requires that you download an app from the app store to install them.  Depending on the apps that are installed if you need assistance with setting the app up and connecting it, please state that in your email. for setting up and connecting the third-party app or apps to your website the fee link will be sent to you via email, you are required to select the check off the boxes above, you are required to check off the terms and conditions box at check out.


I am only responsible for designing your website, uploading your products, and uploading extra info such as but not limited to: about me, policy, shipping and returns, etc.

 

When you are ready to send your checklist the email subject needs to be your first and last name + the order number + service name.



Email Order Checklist

Log in info with two step authentication disabled if you have enabled it. Having the two-step authentication enabled can delay me from being able to login and upload when you are on my design schedule. Please do not send a request to have me as an authorized user or team member to your website, it limits what I am able to do on the website and can delay your project. If your two-step authenticator is turned on when I am trying to log in, I will send you an email and it will push you back to the next business day.

Please double check your email and your password, if your password says that it is incorrect, I will follow up with an email and you will be pushed back to the next business day.

Submit HIGH resolution, professional photos, or stock photos. You can purchase my AI generated photos separately.  If the pictures are taken on your phone, please ensure they are clear and good quality. I advise sending me your content before ordering if you are unsure if I can use them or not. If the photos are not good quality, I am not responsible how the website turns out and you will not be refunded.

If you want to add your logo, please submit a transparent file. A transparent file has no background. If you do not have a transparent file, we can try a PNG file and remove the background for you, I will update you if the background can be removed or not so that you can submit something else or just upload the logo with the background attached. If you are a current client, please do not assume I have your logo on file, please still submit your logo in your email.

It is IMPORTANT if you have a clear vision or idea of how you would like your website to look to include photos or the link to that website. If you want to submit your website visual ideas before ordering to ensure if I can meet your expectations, please feel free to do so. Also note, every graphic designer has a different creative eye and designs in their own way. I will not copy another designer's work from top to bottom; we can however use it as a form of inspiration to create something still unique and tailored for your brand.

It Is IMPORTANT to Submit all wording fully typed out for your website. When I say wording for your website that means telling me about your brand, submitting previous material, if need be, so I can see your style, submitting your typed out shipping, returns, and any other policies, your contact info, your social media info, submitting your banner captions (unless you paid for me to come up with your banner captions). Sending your banner captions for example is banner 1 “shop the number one product on the market” 2-piece lounge sets just arrived for the winter” “we offer klarna and shop pay, get it now and pay later” and more. Also submitting all wording for your about me, policy, shipping and returns (optional), if no wording is submitted for this it will not be uploaded.

Please do not write it out ANY requested information and send me a picture of the writing. Please make sure everything is spelled correctly, I will copy and paste exactly what you send

If you need help with banner captions, please add that when selecting  your website selection options.  By adding this on, if you decide you do not like my captions, quotes, or taglines for your website, I offer a one time revision of changing it up. After the revision if you still do not like my captions, quotes, or taglines for your website you will be held responsible for submitting your own, and it is non refundable.

I prefer that you submit your link to your social media, however if you aren’t able to find your direct link to your social media please submit your social media names so that they can be connected to your website.

Please list out the menu tab names for your website, for example: Home, Shop All, Shirts, Pants , Accessories , About Me , Shipping and Returns , Contact Us. These are just examples, your tab names can be whatever relates to the type of business you have. Please note shopify has a standard contact page that will be uploaded.

You get up to 10 free products uploaded. It is IMPORTANT to send detailed names for products, pictures of the product, product descriptions ( optional)  , how many products are in stock ( optional ). If you are purchasing a hair website, please send the prices with any extra fees already included. I will not do the math for you when it comes to hair textures and lengths. If you are purchasing a clothing website, please make sure you send all colors, sizing, stock number if any, and any other important info about the product. If you are purchasing a website for customized orders, PLEASE be advised that you will have to download and purchase a third-party app to have special customizations listed for the product. I do have a few customization apps that you can download. Also please note that If I have to install a customization app and set up the customization for the products that are custom it will be an extra $100. The fee for this will be sent to you via email with a link.

If you have more than 10 products that you need uploaded, if you do not want to upload them yourself, it will be a $8 fee per product after 10. Once you have the total for how many products extra you want uploaded the fee for this will be sent to you via email with a link. 

If Any links need to be connected to your website for example (a booking website if you also offer services, or have other platforms that you sell or offer services on) please include those links so that they can be added and connected to your website.


WEBSITE INCLUDES

Up to 4 pages (typically home page, product page, about us, and shipping + return policy)

Up to 10 products (to add on additional products please include that in your email so that I can forward you an invoice.)

Design will be compatible for mobile and desktop.

3- 5 website clickable banners + collection banners if applicable. If you want to add more banners please state that in your email so that I can forward you an invoice.
