New Shopify Website + Product Upload

 

• Please read all terms and conditions on our terms and conditions page as well as the terms and conditions that follows below for this service before purchasing.
•  Please review Stonie Studios work before purchasing to make sure we are the right design company for your brand or project. Stonie Studios work can be found throughout the website, instagram stonie.studios, and facebook Valencia Bowie. After your purchase the order is non refundable.
• sign up for shopify (required) + purchase your domain name(optional) is required for this service. You will have to pay shopify monthly.
• If you want to add your logo please submit a transparent file. A transparent file has no background. If you do not have a transparent file, we can try a PNG file and remove the background for you, we will update you if the background can be removed or not.
• Stonie Studios is not responsible for coming up with your business policies ,terms and conditions.
• Turnaround time for full websites are four weeks ( 28 working business days ) Monday – Friday not including weekends or holidays.
• Revisions are not included in the turnaround time please allow 2-3 additional business days working days Monday – Friday not including weekends or holidays for revisions. After 2 revisions additional fees will apply depending on what needs to be revised. Revisions are small changes for example: font types, colors, switching out photos or placement of photos.
• You will only get an update if there is one, for example if Stonie Studios needs or is missing something from your check list or the order is complete and being sent out. Please allow Stonie Studios the turnaround time that is listed above.
• You have up to 30 days to submit all your info for your website, if you are purchasing a full shopify website but don’t have all of your info ready please still submit a email with ( SUBJECT LINE NAME + full shopify website ) and communicate with us you are still getting your info together.
• If you exceed 30 days there will be a $100 fee to restart your order for project abandonment.
• If you would like to set up any pop ups or email automations please select that choice in the app add on section. Please go to your app store in shopify and download an app called Privy and select your monthly plan, you are responsible for paying this monthly plan. You are also responsible for monitoring the app after we are finished setting it up.
• If you would like to set up any other services on your website for example, reviews , instagram feed , and more you are responsible for doing downloading those apps and installing them and setting them up yourself.
• Stonie Studios is only responsible for designing your website, uploading your products, and setting up the privy app if you decide to add that on to your website.
• We are not responsible for any additional settings such as (shipping, pickup and delivery , shipping rates ,taxes,  plan selection. Locations, and other) must be set up by you the business owner, please refer to shopify youtube videos or customer service for additional settings help.
• Once order is complete stonie studios has the right to post work for promotional reasons even if you have not posted it yourself. 
• After placing your order please email stonie studios at es.stoniestudios@gmail.com ( SUBJECT LINE : FIRST AND LAST NAME + Full SHOPIFY WEBSITE) followed by the email order check list below

 

• Log in info with two step authentication disabled. Please do not send a request to add STONIE STUDIOS as an authorized user or team member to your website.
• Submit HIGH resolution, professional photos, or stock photos. If the pictures are taken on phone, Stonie Studios is not responsible for how order turns out.
• If you want to add your logo please submit a transparent file. A transparent file has no background. If you do not have a transparent file, we can try a PNG file and remove the background for you, we will update you if the background can be removed or not.
• If you have a particular theme or aesthetic for your site, please submit photos or links for inspiration in your email.
• Submit all wording fully typed out for your website. Please do not write it out and send us a picture of writing.please make sure everything is spelled correctly, Stonie Studios will copy and paste.  This includes any tag lines, banner quotes, and titles. If you need help with taglines, banner quotes, or titles please add on “ Creative Direction “ which is a separate service that can be searched on our website and added to cart. By selecting creative direction, if you decide you do not like our captions, quotes, or taglines for your website, we offer a onetime revision of changing it up. After the the revision if you still do not like our creative wording you will be held responsible for submitting your own. Creative direction is nonrefundable.
• Any links that need to be added to the website
• Social Media LINKS to your social media accounts. Please do not just submit your name actually provide the link. 
• Please list all tabs names and the info that needs to be listed on under that tab ,for example ( about me page , policy page , shipping and returns page.)
• please send detailed names for products, picture of product, any products descriptions , how many products are in stock , if there is no set number just email “ no particular stock number “ , collection names for products categories.
• We will upload product pictures the way that they are sent. We do not offer product mockups at this time.
• Any links that need to be added to the header tabs please send in email ( for example acuity scheduling link if someone needs to book your services )

Up to 4 pages (typically home page, product page, about us, and shipping + return policy)

Up to 10 products (to add on additional products please include that in your email so that we can fwd you an invoice.)
