Policy and Contractual Agreement:

This service uses AI generated imagery. Because these are not real photographs, image quality may vary. The more a photo is enlarged or zoomed in, the more limitations may appear. AI images are intended for digital use and brand visuals, not for extreme close ups or large scale print where fine detail is required.

To receive the best possible results, the base photo you provide must be a clear, well lit, professional quality image. Blurry, low resolution, heavily filtered, or poorly lit photos will limit the final outcome.

Prior to making a purchase, please ensure you review Stonie Studios' policy and contractual terms available on our policy page. Upon placing your order, you will receive an automated email containing your contract and a design order form. Both documents must be completed and signed before we commence work on your order.

Turnaround Time: 5-7 business days. Please note that our business days exclude weekends, Mondays, all major holidays, and the date 10/14.

AI Photo Revisions Policy

This service includes one complimentary revision after you receive your first preview. Preview images are sent as screen view images from our computer to prevent unauthorized use, reuse, or watermark removal of AI generated content that was not selected, due to the power and misuse potential of AI.

If after the included revision you are still unsatisfied and request a completely new set of images, a 50% restart fee of the original total will be required.

AI is not perfect. It is a creative tool used to help move your brand forward when a full professional photoshoot is not available. By purchasing this service, you acknowledge and accept the limitations of AI generated imagery.

Project Abandonment: You are allocated a window of 10 business days to submit your signed contract and completed order form. Failure to comply with these submission requirements will lead to project closure without a refund. To reopen a project, an abandonment fee ranging from $25 to $150, depending on the service purchased, will be charged.
