- Content post are not flyers, content post is what you will use to keep your followers engaged and keep your page cohesive. Content post include engaging post , quotes . examples ( tag us in your photos , your order has shipped, books are now open)
- Please read all terms and conditions on our terms and conditions page before purchasing, please review stonie studios work here before purchasing to make sure we are the right design company for your brand. After your purchase the order is non refundable .
- Turnaround time for CERTIFICATE DESIGN is 7 days Monday – Friday not including the weekends or holidays. Revisions are not included in the turn around time please allow 1-2 business days for REVISIONS. After 2 revisions additional fees will apply depending on what needs to be revised depending on what needs to be revised. Revisions are font types, colors, limited photos.
- Please expect one update per week via email for your content post or any questions stonie studios may have.
- You have up to 20 days to submit all your info for your CERTIFICATE, if you are purchasing a content post but don’t have all of your info ready please still submit a email with ( SUBJECT LINE NAME + CERTIFICATE )) and communicate with us you are still getting your info together.
- If you exceed 20 days there will be a $35 fee to restart your order for project abandonment.
- You must submit your own wording Quotes or taglines for content post.
- Once order is complete stonie studios has the right to post work for promotional reasons even if you have not posted it yourself.
- After placing your order please email stonie studios at es.stoniestudios@gmail.com ( SUBJECT LINE : FIRST AND LAST NAME + CERTIFICATE ) followed by the email order checklist below.
EMAIL CHECKLIST
- submit PNG file logo or transparent logo and color scheme . please let us know if there is a particular theme or aesthetic for your content post
- submit all content wording fully typed out for your one content post. Photos of other content post submitted in email is okay to follow for wording.
- Social media names contact info or links that need to be added
