if you would like to include a logo, you must have your own logo for this service if you do not have a logo you can purchase one separately with your order.
Stonie Studios is not responsible for any lost packages, i design the package , after approved design i send your design off to a 3rd party printing company who will then design your bags and mail them to you directly. if package is lost please contact the delivery service or the printing company.
after purchasing the bags from me you are more than welcome to place your order through the company that you receive your order from.
please email me after you place your order ( SUBJECT LINE ( NAME ) + Poly Mailer bag or Bubble Mailer + print ) please include custom order checklist that's listed below , your shipping address , phone number , and your email address so that you can get your tracking number from the printing company. after placing your print order i will screenshot it once i have submitted the order.

Turnaround time for package design is 3-5 business days, shipping can take up to 7-10 business days Monday – Friday not including weekends or holidays. Revisions are not included in the turnaround time, 1-2 business days for revisions. After 2 revisions additional fees will apply depending on what needs to be revised. Revisions are font types, colors, limited photos.
Please expect one update per week via email for your package design or any questions Stonie Studios may have.
You have up to 20 days to submit all your info for your package design, if you are purchasing a package design but don’t have all of your info ready please still submit a email with ( SUBJECT LINE NAME + Polymailer or Bubble mailer + print ) and communicate with us you are still getting your info together.
If you exceed 20 days there will be a $25 fee to restart your order for project abandonment.
Once order is complete stonie studios has the right to post work for promotional reasons even if you have not posted it yourself.
