Campaign Camp Policy and Contract
CAMPAIGN CAMP BOOKING POLICY & SERVICE CONTRACT
Operated by Stonie Studios
This Booking Policy & Service Contract outlines the terms and conditions for all Campaign Camp packages offered by Stonie Studios. By booking, the client (“Student” or “Client”) agrees to all terms listed below.
1. TURNAROUND TIME
1.1. The standard turnaround time for all Campaign Camp packages is 4 weeks (28 days).
1.2. Working days are Tuesday through Friday only.
1.3. Weekends and major holidays are not included in the turnaround time.
1.4. If any scheduled working day falls on a holiday, the project will resume on the next business day.
1.5. Turnaround time begins ONLY after all required items from the official Campaign Camp Checklist have been submitted in full.
2. PROJECT START REQUIREMENTS
2.1. No work will begin until ALL items on the mandatory checklist are received.
2.2. Partial submissions, missing information, unapproved photos, or incomplete files will delay the project start date.
2.3. Stonie Studios is not responsible for delays caused by client failure to provide needed materials.
3. NO RUSH ORDERS
3.1. Campaign Camp does not offer rush fees or expedited services.
3.2. All projects follow the standard 4-week production timeline with no exceptions.
4. DESIGN SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITY
4.1. Stonie Studios provides creative graphics and visual branding only.
4.2. Stonie Studios cannot and does not guarantee campaign results, votes, or election outcomes.
4.3. Stonie Studios is the graphic designer and creative director, not a campaign manager, strategist, or consultant.
5. CLIENT CLASSIFICATION
5.1. All students who book Campaign Camp packages are considered standard clients of Stonie Studios.
5.2. All policies, expectations, and boundaries apply equally to student clients and non-student clients.
6. REFUND POLICY
6.1. All sales are final.
6.2. Once an order is placed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
6.3. If a student chooses to drop out of the campus race, withdraw their candidacy, or no longer wishes to complete the campaign, the order will not be refunded.
6.4. Payments cannot be transferred to another student, campaign, or service.
7. FREE BONUS MATERIALS
7.1. Each Campaign Camp package includes a free Campaign Guide, containing:

7.2. This guide is complimentary and not a paid service.
8. OPTIONAL ADD-ONS
8.1. Local students may hire Stonie Studios for on-site photoshoot direction at an additional fee.
8.2. Out-of-town students may schedule a FaceTime photoshoot guidance session, also available for an additional fee.
8.3. Add-ons must be booked at least 7 days in advance of the photoshoot date.
9. RESIZING REQUESTS
9.1. If any graphics need to be resized for printing, posting, or specific dimensions, the client must notify Stonie Studios before the deadline.
9.2. Resizing may require additional time, as layouts may need to be reconstructed.
9.3. Rush resizing or last-minute changes are not guaranteed.
10. POSTING & PORTFOLIO USAGE
10.1. Stonie Studios agrees not to post or publicly showcase any Campaign Camp designs until:

The campus campaign has ended, and

The official winner has been announced.
10.2. After the campaign concludes, Stonie Studios reserves the right to use completed graphics in its portfolio, website, social media, or promotional content.
11. ONE CLIENT PER TITLE POLICY
11.1. Stonie Studios will work with only one student per campaign title per school.
11.2. If multiple students inquire about the same title, the student who books first will be accepted.
11.3. All others will be declined to avoid conflict of interest.
12. PAYMENT POLICY
12.1. Payments are due in full up front at the time of booking.
12.2. No deposits or partial payments are accepted.
12.3. Shop Pay and Klarna are available for Buy Now, Pay Later options.
12.4. Stonie Studios does not control any approvals or denials from third-party payment processors.
13. COMMUNICATION
13.1. All communication must remain professional and respectful.
13.2. Project-related communication must stay within the designated email thread or client portal.
13.3. Delays in client response may extend the turnaround time.
14. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By booking a Campaign Camp package, the client confirms that they have:

Accepted the no-refund and no-rush structure

Acknowledged that results are not guaranteed
