Policy and Contract For Classes
ALL DESIGN CLASSES CONTRACT
This contract outlines the terms and conditions for our classes, ensuring that both Stonie Studios and our students have a clear understanding of expectations, responsibilities, and procedures. By signing this contract, you agree to adhere to the policies and guidelines set forth, enabling us to maintain the high standards of education and service that Stonie Studios is known for.
Class Information and Payment Policy
- Class Format: All classes will be conducted via Zoom Meetings. If there are any changes to the schedule or format, students will be notified prior to the start of the classes.
- Payment Policy: All payments are non-refundable.
Scheduling and Payment Options:
- Class Scheduling: Students may choose their preferred class dates and times, available Monday through Friday between 11 AM and 4 PM.

Payment Options:
- Deposit Option: Pay a deposit and schedule your class within 20 business days. The final payment is due on the class date.
- Full Payment Option: Pay in full and schedule your class within 20 business days of payment.
Class Abandonment Policy:
- If 20 business days pass without scheduling a class:
- For deposit payments, a $50 class abandonment fee will be applied to the final balance.
- For full payments, a $75 fee will be applied to the final balance.
- If 40 business days pass without scheduling, the class payment will be forfeited, no refund will be issued, and the student will be banned from future class sign-ups.
