Creative Direction Service Description and Policy

At Stonie Studios we offer comprehensive Creative Direction services designed to elevate your brand's visual and marketing impact. Our services are crafted to provide you with a cohesive and stunning presentation that aligns with your vision and goals.

Service Options:

1. Creative Direction:

   • This option includes a detailed mood board, aesthetics, pose ideas, and suggested wording for marketing materials. The content will be curated into Pinterest or Instagram links for easy access and implementation.

2. Creative Direction + Photoshoot Direction:

   • Includes everything in the Creative Direction package, plus hands-on direction during your photoshoot. Our expertise ensures that your shoot stays true to the creative vision, capturing the perfect moments.
   • Photoshoots are available Monday through Thursday from 10 AM - 6 PM.
   • Booking a photoshoot on Friday or Saturday incurs a $150 upcharge, billed via invoice.
   • Sunday shoots are by special request only, with an $180 upcharge for sessions from 11 AM - 4 PM.

Booking and Scheduling:

• After placing your order, you will receive a link to schedule a mandatory Zoom call within 7 business days. This call is essential to discuss your project, finalize details, and plan for time, dates, and locations.
• The turnaround time for Creative Direction is 7-10 business days. Please note that my business days are Tuesday through Friday. I am closed on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, all major holidays, and on 10/14. These days do not count towards the turnaround time.
• If you choose the Photoshoot Direction add-on, the shoot must be scheduled within 31 business days from the date of the order.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

• All orders are non-refundable.
• Please ensure that the Zoom call is scheduled within 7 business days of booking.
• Failure to schedule within this timeframe may result in cancellation without a refund.

Additional Charges:

• Any photoshoot scheduled on a Friday or Saturday will have a $150 upcharge, which will be invoiced separately.
• Sunday photoshoots, which are available by email request only, will incur an $180 upcharge.
• Depending on the location of the shoot that's outside of our base location which is Montgomery,Al, additional charges will apply.
