Shopify Email Campaign Package Description and Policy

Welcome to Stonie Studios, where we specialize in crafting personalized email campaigns designed to elevate your brand's presence and engagement with your subscribers. Our Shopify Email Campaign Package offers a seamless, hassle-free solution for your email marketing needs, providing custom email designs and professionally written content tailored specifically to your promotional goals.

What’s Included:

• Custom Email Designs & Wording: We create eye-catching email designs and compelling copy that align with your campaign's objectives. You provide the promotion details, and we handle the rest—no need to worry about crafting the wording yourself.
• Tailored Content: Every design is customized based on your specific campaign, ensuring that your emails resonate with your audience and drive results.
• Finalized Designs: Once approved by you, the email designs are finalized and do not come in a template format. This ensures that your campaign has a unique and polished look.

Package Options:

Our email campaign package is available exclusively as a monthly subscription, with no a la carte options. You can choose from the following options:

• 2 Emails per Week: A total of 8 email designs over four weeks.
• 4 Emails per Week: A total of 16 email designs over four weeks.
• 6 Emails per Week: A total of 24 email designs over four weeks.

Booking and Scheduling:

• After purchasing the package, you’ll receive a link to schedule a Zoom call or a regular phone call. During this call, we’ll discuss the specifics of your order, including your campaign goals, email content, and schedule.
• Clients have 14 business days from the date of purchase to submit a detailed email or Word document for each email campaign. This document should include the content being used, the campaign details, and the desired dates and times for each email.

Important Details:

• Email Service Integration: Let us know which email app or service you’re using through Shopify, so we can handle the setup and scheduling of your emails.
• Updates & Changes: If you need to make any last-minute changes to your scheduled emails, please inform us with full details at least 24 hours before the email is set to go out. Please note that this service is only available Monday through Friday, as we are closed on weekends.

Turnaround Times:

• 2 Emails per Week (8 designs): 7-10 business days
• 4 Emails per Week (16 designs): 12-18 business days
• 6 Emails per Week (24 designs): 18-25 business days

Please note that our business days are Tuesday through Friday. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, all major holidays, and on 10/14.

Revision Policy:

• You are entitled to 2 free revisions per email design. Revisions may include photo swaps, small color changes, or font changes.
• Additional revisions beyond the initial two will incur a fee starting at $15 per revision.
• Examples of Revisions: If you change the font and swap one photo, that counts as two revisions.

Submission Requirements:

• Only emails and Word documents are accepted for content submission. Apple Notes and screenshots will not be accepted.

Refund Policy:

• All orders are non-refundable.
