Basic Planner Design Details:

  • 12 Calendar Months: Your planner will include all 12 months of the year. You can choose if the months are labeled (e.g., January, February) or left blank for customization.

  • 3 Default Page Designs: You’ll get three custom-designed page layouts that repeat in every month of your planner. For example, these can include:

    • A To-Do List page
    • A Goals List page
    • A Bill Tracker page
      You can choose the type of pages based on what fits your planner's purpose.
  • Customization Options:

    • Custom Stickers: Add personalized stickers to your planner for an additional fee.
    • Quote Pages: Include motivational quotes or personal messages for an extra charge.
  • Optional Brainstorming Service: If you'd like me to come up with all the quotes and sticker titles for your planner, there is a $100 upcharge for this service.

Policy and Contractual Agreement: Prior to making a purchase, please ensure you review Stonie Studios' policy and contractual terms available on our policy page. Upon placing your order, you will receive an automated email containing your contract and a design order form. Both documents must be completed and signed before we commence work on your order.

Turnaround Time: The standard processing time for this service spans 15-20 business days, counting only Tuesday through Friday from 11 AM to 5 PM. Please note that our business days exclude weekends, Mondays, all major holidays, and the date 10/14.

Revisions: This service includes 4 complimentary revisions. For instance, changing a font and replacing a photo counts as two revisions. Should additional revisions be necessary, fees will start at $6 and may rise up to $50 depending on the complexity of the request. Requests for a complete redesign will incur a fee amounting to 50% of the total service cost.

Project Abandonment: You are allocated a window of 20 business days (Tuesday through Friday) to submit your signed contract and completed order form. Holidays, Mondays, and the date 10/14 are not included in this period. Failure to comply with these submission requirements will lead to project closure without a refund. To reopen a project, an abandonment fee ranging from $25 to $150, depending on the service purchased, will be charged.
