This order is nonrefundable.
You must have your own logo for this service if you do not have a logo, you can purchase one separately with your order or not use one at all.

Design turnaround time for cards is 7 business days Monday – Friday not including the weekends or holidays.
Revisions are not included in the turnaround time please allow an additional 1-2 business days for revisions. After 2 revisions additional fees will apply depending on what needs to be revised. revisions include font changes, image changes, color changes, placement changes.
shipping can take up to 7-14 business days after the design is approved.
You have up to 20 days to submit all your info for your cards, if you are purchasing cards but don’t have all of your info ready, please still submit an email with (SUBJECT LINE NAME + card design + print) and communicate with us you are still getting your info together.
If you exceed 20 days, there will be a $35 fee to restart your order for project abandonment.
You must submit your own Quotes or taglines for cards.
HIGH resolution, professional photos, stock photos, pictures taken on phone of services can be submitted as long as they are of good quality to work with. If photos are not up our standard there will be an email sent for another chance to provide photos or complete your thank you cards without photos.
