Tier 1 Diamond Package (Tax Pros Only) LIMITED SLOTS

Policy and Contractual Agreement: Tax Pro discount can't be added to packages due to package already being discounted. Prior to making a purchase, please ensure you review Stonie Studios' policy and contractual terms available on our policy page. Upon placing your order, you will receive an automated email containing your contract and a design order form. Both documents must be completed and signed before we commence work on your order. 

Turnaround Time: The standard processing time for this service spans 20-25 business days, counting only Tuesday through Friday from 11 AM to 5 PM. Please note that our business days exclude weekends, Mondays, all major holidays, and the date 10/14. Rush options ARE NOT AVAILABLE. Order does not start until everything is turned in on your design form. Printing is standard time and will start after design approval, business cards take 3-6 business days to be delivered. 

Revisions: This service includes two complimentary revisions per each item in the package. For instance, changing a font and replacing a photo counts as two revisions. Should additional revisions be necessary, fees will start at $6 and may rise up to $50 depending on the complexity of the request. Requests for a complete redesign will incur a fee amounting to 50% of the total service cost.

Project Abandonment: You are allocated a window of 15 business days (Tuesday through Friday) to submit your signed contract and completed order form. Holidays, Mondays, and the date 10/14 are not included in this period. Failure to comply with these submission requirements will lead to project closure without a refund. To reopen a project, an abandonment fee ranging from $100 will have to be paid. Order will not carry on to 2026,
