Policy & Contractual Agreement

Tax Pro discounts cannot be applied to packages, as they are already discounted.

After placing your order, you will receive an automated email containing your contract and design order form.
Both must be completed and signed before any design work begins.

Turnaround Time

For large branding packages and flyer kits orders will be delivered by the date selected.

Rush options are not available.
Your order will not begin until all required materials are submitted through your design form.

Revisions

Each item in this package includes two complimentary revisions.
Example: changing a font and replacing a photo equals two revisions.

Additional revisions start at $6 and may increase up to $50, depending on the complexity of the request.
A complete redesign will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total service cost.

Project Abandonment

You have 15 business days (Tuesday–Friday) to submit your signed contract and completed order form.
Holidays, Mondays, and 10/14 are excluded from this timeframe.

Failure to submit both items within the 15-day window will result to a project abandonment fee to reopen order. Fees start at $100 and can go up to $1,000 depending on what was ordered. The higher the order, the higher the abandonment fee.

Orders will not carry over into 2026.
