Stonie Studios Turnaround Policy — November & December

All new orders will be processed according to their order date slots. We highly recommend placing your orders early to ensure all marketing materials are received in time.

Please note:

• Rush orders are not available at this time.
  
• When ordering large packages or multiple items, smaller items will be delivered first as soon as possible, while larger items will be delivered later or over time.

• Monday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  
• Friday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  
• Closed: Weekends, major holidays, and October 14th.
• We will be closed Nov 27-Dec 1, Dec 20-29, and Dec 31-1.
  

• Only complete sections for items you purchased. If you did not order an item, you can skip that section.
  
• No need to repeat uploads. If you’ve already uploaded your brand information (logos, colors, fonts, etc.) once in the form, you do not need to upload it again elsewhere.
  
• You can save and return later. If you need to pause, save your progress and pick up where you left off.
  
• Where to find the form. The design form is emailed to the address on file after your order and is also available on our website under the menu tabs.
